5 Lucky Winners will be Selected to win a 2014 Banjo Calendar, which was created by one of Tony's banjo students here (Rob Lardie). We're excited to promote this since 2014 is the first year of Rob's official Banjo Calendar.
After years of wishing there was a calendar made specifically for banjo enthusiasts, Rob took it upon himself to make one himself. He's been working with a lot of top banjo makers to get some really great photos of some amazing banjos, plus the calendar includes many important dates in banjo.

Andy's Weissenborn Guitar Lessons

Andy has recorded a new couple new lessons on the Weissenborn guitar, which is a special type of lap steel guitar named after the manufacturer Hermann Weissenborn in the 1920s. In the first lesson Andy talks about the history of the Weissenborn and demonstrates the instrument's qualities. In the second lesson he teaches a tune on the Weissenborn (tab included!).

Howdy Fidders, we got a new special guest: rising star Tatiana Hargreaves. Says Darol it's "a new old-time fiddle interview and guest lesson with the amazing Tatiana Hargreaves... Lots of bowing stuff, which seems to be one of the crucial issues coming up again and again." 4 new lessons in total:
- 3 Lessons with Darol and Tatiana playing and discussing fiddle technique and bowing styles
- 1 Lesson taught by Tatiana on the old-time fiddle tune "Gimme a Chaw of Tobacco"
