[MUSIC]
All right.
So, talk a little bit about that.
What I did there was show you a couple
little examples of how to kinda get on
one little riff and
kinda milk that a little bit, so,
what I did there was I did
the Folsom Prison Blues lick.
You know.
[MUSIC]
Then,
when I went to the A.
[MUSIC]
I walk up to the major third from
the blues note of the E.
[MUSIC]
And then I bent up to
the blues note of A, so.
[MUSIC]
And I walk up to the A shape, right there.
[MUSIC]
So
[MUSIC]
Basically going
[MUSIC]
Resolving back to E.
And then I did something else here,
I did a little lick here when I was in E.
[MUSIC]
All right.
[MUSIC]
So that's,
rolling into that.
[MUSIC]
So that's chromatic
down from the D to the B and E.
[MUSIC]
So that's a cool
little lick you can kinda use.
[MUSIC]
Then I did chromatic
[MUSIC]
So that's a little lick.
[MUSIC]
Right?
[MUSIC]
Right.
[MUSIC]
So.
[MUSIC]
So I was using that
little chromatic.
[MUSIC]
So that's
chromatic too.
[MUSIC]
So I did another
little rift here,
I think it went down from E
[MUSIC]
And that's
[MUSIC]
That's just breaking
that chord shape up.
[MUSIC]
So
[MUSIC]
That's kinda
Danny Gatten riff,
he used to do stuff like this.
[MUSIC]
Which we're gonna cover that in another
lesson.
So there's some ideas for
Folsom Prison Blues.
If you got any video questions,
please contact me.
Let's move on to the next couple songs.
And then we're gonna move on into
the rest of the curriculum here for
the advanced country guitar section.
Thank you.
