Paul Talks with Dominic Pedler
Rock guitarist Paul Gilbert was recently in Birmingham, England where he met up with Dominic Pedler for a musical conversation we're proud to bring exclusively to our ArtistWorks students.
Dominic is the author of "The Songwriting Secrets of the Beatles," which examines the actual songwriting techniques of John, Paul, George and, occasionally, Ringo. Packed with examples of The Beatles' music, this book explains the chord sequences, structures and harmonies that created one of the most influential sounds of the 20th century.
As a musician and a rock guitar instructor, Paul often recommends this book to students who are interested in music theory and songwriting. It had always been a dream of Paul’s to meet Dominic, so when he was asked to interview him he came with a long list of questions to discuss and demonstrate. This is a massive interview series launching today in Paul Gilbert’s Rock Guitar School that’s exclusive to ArtistWorks members. We'll be adding new segments each week with almost 2 hours of new content to watch in the coming weeks. This content will live forever in Paul’s library so you can revisit it whenever you like.
