Hi Victoria, thank you for your message. We just sent you a private message with information regarding these 2 videos. Thank you.

Hi, I have problem playing these 2 files from your site. Would you be able to check if they are ok. I am able to open other files but not these 2: Under category "Singing Song Better" : "Singing the Vowels" and " Balancing Singing with Vocal Technique" . The Error message on my Mac computer is "error loading media: file could not be played." Thank you.

My name is Leslie (SweetLA) and I just signed on for one month of sessions with Lari White. What is my first step?. How do I go about creating a video to submit to you?

Bye Jennifer. I will keep in touch and add you to my email. :) Thanks for everything. :)

PS. I'll be here through Monday if you have any last minute questions.

Also, should you ever have a question about the Deva Method, know that I am only an email away :)

If you would like to keep me informed of your gigs or other musical happenings, please feel free to add me to your email mailing list. [email protected]

I wish you all the very best as well! It has been such a pleasure getting to know and work with so many of you! I wish you all the very best in your musical endeavors!

Best wishes to all of you out there as this VE school comes to a close. Thanks so much Jennifer for your great commitment in stepping in for Jeannie. And those of us who were privileged to work with Jeannie will never forget her charm, humour & devotion.

Hello Hector. Sorry, yes, I have your email and will answer it today. I wil go look for other messages elsewhere. Have had a wee problem seeing things but it has come right now! Cheers

Roger, I'm writing to you eveywhere but you don't seem to see it, :(

Thanks Jennifer for the VER which came through overnight. Great detailed comment and suggestions as always. Will now upload my first efforts at Working with Style.

Jennifer, You are great! Too bad this didn't work out.

As Patricia has mentioned, I will be here through the end of October and it is my sincere wish to help you all get as far as you can with Jeannie's method in that time. It has been an real pleasure getting to know all of you!

Thank you all for your thoughtful words. It will most certainly be hard to say goodbye!! It was a difficult decision as I'm sure you can imagine, but the demands of my private vocal coaching practice and performance schedule have dramatically increased.

Yes, we'll get passed through as we're adults, but.... Thanks anyway AW for your efforts, I understand what happened is not your fault.

I'm back after a couple of wks and ...Patricia is on the screen with this bittersweet message!!

No one could ever say you phone it in. Your knowledge and passion for the craft and desire to pass that on ring through crystal clear.

Jennifer I will be sad to see you go. I have at this point only had one video exchange with you but you went above and beyond in your response. Not only giving me vocal feedback but a very constructive critique of my song and melody itself.

Hi Jennifer. Thanks for your great help. It's going to be almost as hard saying goodbye to you as it was to Jeannie. At least we have a few more weeks to enjoy your outstanding support and valuable advice.

your thoughtfu options. Are you able to tell us a little more about Laurie White's new school yet?

Hello again Patricia, thanks for your video message. It has been great having Jennifer continue Jeannies great work. She has done so admirably and I'll be sorry to see her go but understand why. Thanks for your concerns for us and I will start to consider

For videos, I would suggest rewatching "Breathing vs Vocal Sound" and "Orientation To Your Instrument".

Rather than pulling in.

Hi Desiree, ideally you want to keep your abdominal muscles relaxed while singing. They will move forward as you inhale, as the inhale causes the abdominal organs down and slightly forward, however, as your singing, see if you can let them stay relaxed

thanks!

rib muscles. I feel the independence and its great, but especially at the end of long phrasing in a song, they are pretty tight as they have just pushed out all my air. I hope that makes sense! Is there a video where she addresses this question?

suppossed to be relaxed? They are not holding up the ribs but they are pushing out the air. I'm a little confused if they are suppossed to be all loose all the time or just that they are not holding up the ribs and are completely independent of those

I have a question! I am up to two sets of ten rib expansion 2 exercises per day and im feeling a difference between my strong back that feels like a wall and then the freedom in the stomach that moves independently. When I sing, are my stomach muscles

Yes, Roger we heard some amazing music including some wonderful fiddlers!

Thanks again Jennifer. Good to know my strange EE's are allpart of the process, and what to do about them! Glad you enjoyed Cape Breton, hope you caught some fiddlers!

It's so nice to read your rememberances of and thoughts about Jeannie. She was a dear teacher and friend to me for so many years. Her incredible light shined through in everything she did and I'm so glad that you all have the opportunity to experience it

What a special lady:) Amazing blessing to me- I always dreamed of singing in church and now we are on three times a month and so, so wonderful for us!

I share the same feelings than you guys. She used to call me 'mi amigo' and speak some words in spanish, haha, so at the end of each routine I tell her "good bye amiga'. Such a lost, shit,...sorry!

Your are right Desiree, and such encouragement, just like her lessons, which I'm so glad we still have. And she always finishes with words of encouragement too.I get a smile everytime she says "Stand on TWO feet!." What was she thinking????

It's like the perfect medicine for my perfectionism that her eyes and smile just beam at me while I'm doing the exercises.
