About the educator
Sean McGowan
A fingerstyle jazz guitarist known for inventive solo guitar arrangements, he is an award-winning recording artist and international festival performer. He serves as Professor of Music at the University of Colorado Denver and is the author of five guitar method books, including The Holistic Guitarist, creator of 14 TrueFire courses, and a contributing writer for Acoustic Guitar magazine.
