About the educator
Richard Amoroso
A violinist with the Philadelphia Orchestra for over two decades, he soloed there at age 14 and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Suntory Hall, and the Wiener Musikverein. He has shared the stage with Hilary Hahn, Yo-Yo Ma, Sting, and Billy Joel, performing on a 1765 Nicolò Gagliano violin.
