There are many possible reasons for
vocal strain, but the main thing is
it really needs to be gotten rid of if you
have it or
encounter it at any point in a song.
A lot of times,
a singer will strain more and
more as the notes go higher,
Not much singing going on at that place.
So you might notice how tight my jaw was
when I was doing that.
And there were other things going on of
but jaw tension is something very common.
And, this exercise is going to help you
loosen tension in the jaw,
while it then decreases strain and
increases resonance, which is all about
