And the only way you can get your Peery
We give you a wristband that shows that
you've passed and
mastered all these details in Muscle
Builders and Power Fingers.
And the only way you can get that band is
by sending in a video [SOUND].
So, when you send in a video, and I can
see that the following things are there,
I'll send you a Peery band.
So this is what I'm looking for in Muscle
I'm gonna be looking that you are down
that all your fingertips are landing down
curved and staying curved.
I'm going to be looking for your relaxed.
That on every relaxed step, your fingers
come back and touch a key.
The straight-up, that when you're lifting,
your fingers go up from this back knuckle.
And every finger lifts before it plays.
We don't just play it down without a lift.
I'm gonna be looking for your thumb.
If your thumb stays under, or if it stays
on the key, but not in the air and
not hanging down off the keyboard.
I'm gonna be listening to see if you play
it and say the steps out loud.
And I'm also going to be listening to see
if you can stay steady and
keep with the metronome.
The recommended metronome for your
evaluation is metronome 80.
And to earn your Perry band, you have to
be able to play both these exercises
at metronome 80.
For Power Fingers the things I'm going to
be looking for
on the evaluation is that every finger
stays on a key.
No fingers coming up in the air.
I'm going to be looking for all of your
tips to stay firm and curved.
None bending in.
For your thumbs, always on the key or
always tucked under the hand.
None in the air, not off the keyboard.
And also, that you can stay with the
metronome, keeping the beat really steady.
If you can do those things your right hand
muscle builders, left hand muscle
builders, right hand power fingers, left
hand power fingers, that's a lot.
If you can do that, I'll send you a Peery
band and
that will show that you've mastered
Muscular Habits Level One.
