So
next is a funk shuffle groove in E minor.
And in coming up with a bassline for this,
again,
I'm trying to think, what's interesting,
not too busy.
But just the right part and
a line like this [SOUND].
I'm using the pentatonic scale again.
[MUSIC]
Some of the notes [SOUND].
Song's in E minor, so it's, this is the
tempo.

Here's bass.

So,
we have all of these options available to
us.
And I just thought that this is a nice
simple option that leaves a little space
in between, yet it gives you a little
movement on the bass.
Something memorable that you can walk away
singing.
You know, boop be da doop [SOUND].
So check this out, it's a little, nice
little funk in the E minor.

So now, it's your turn.
I know you have some great bass lines
wait, waiting for me to hear.
So, check out some of the other video
exchanges with the other students,
and now you get to play with Ricki Lawson
on drums, and Tracy Carter at keyboards.
All right, let's hear what you got.
