So this next song is in the key of E, and
this is almost like very close to a blues
form [COUGH].
And so we have a lot of, open strings E
and A.
So, for me, the mission on this is just to
make it feel, as good as possible.
Again, keep going back to the old thing.
Listening to those drums, and what he's
doing.
And just kinda stay right in there in the
groove with that.
So, I'm gonna be listening to the Ricky
Lawson's kick drum pattern, and.
And just kinda staying with that, and
this is gonna be a little simpler version,
of this song.
Goes like this.
[MUSIC]
Just keeping it real simple.
[MUSIC]
Nice long, round, whole notes.
[MUSIC]
In this verse I'm just.
[MUSIC]
And a little bit more emotion.
But still keeping it nice and simple.
[MUSIC]
Just playing the blues.
[MUSIC]
Okay, now it's your turn to send me, a
version of you playing this.
Now remember, just be as tasty as you can
and
just, listen to some of the other video
exchanges, check those out.
And then send me what you can do with it,
and I'll let you know, how it sounds.
All right, here we go.
