In this section, you can have call and response sessions with experienced skratch djs. They'll skratch the questions, and you skratch the answers. Here, you can try to copy them or just freestyle. Try out the skratches you've learned and put them together in your own way. It's that easy!

When you get better, you can post your own call and response "sessions" for the training dojo so that others can skratch along with you too!

All
right this is a cool scratch sound for you
guys that have flares.
One click flare to two click flare but
it's a one click flare orbit to a two
click flare orbit.
[MUSIC]
Right?
One click flare.
[SOUND] And then you go to the two click
flare.
[SOUND]
So it sounds like.
[MUSIC]
All right?
So that's the combo.
But, it just sounds cooler when you like
when you speed up or
change different tempos.
Like I'm, I'm trying to learn a faster one
than than a triplet.
[MUSIC]
Now you get the idea, one click.
I'll, I'll draw it on the board in case
you guys don't know.
Hey, congratulations Mr. serdin we just
announced him.
So, what does that scratch look like.
I bet you there's no ink in this.
Oh wow, there's ink in our pen.
All right so it's a one click flare,
right?
One click flare, fader open.
[SOUND] Oops.
And then back.
[SOUND] Once again one click flare.
[SOUND] One click flare back.
[SOUND] One click flare orbit.
One click flare orbit.
And then you do the two click flare right
after it, a two click flare orbit.
How many notes is that?
One, two, ten cells?
That's not no ten cells.
One, two, three, four, wow you're right,
you're smart.
Give it up for Chris.
[APPLAUSE] The mathematician,
who just entered Kumon last week, the
oldest guy in there.
Alright, check it out, so, this is.
Yeah.
One click flare, to two click flare.
[MUSIC]
And then two click flare.
[MUSIC]
Yeah, something like that.
You get the idea.
Anyway, that's a fun one to mess with.
Just wanna throw that in your vocab.
You guys probably already know it, but
yeah.
