First up, we we were lucky to film Keith Wyatt playing guitar with the Blasters last month in downtown Napa, CA. In banjo news, Tony Trischka was recently in the ArtistWorks studio where he recorded over 25 new lessons on a variety of topics - many of which were specifically requested by the students. We’ve included here a performance of one tune he’s teaching called "Banjoisticus" - students can find the full lesson for this in the "Classic Style Banjo" area.

Eric Marienthal continues to keep things interesting for his jazz saxophone students with his "Lick of the Week" videos which he posts regularly. In this Jazz Saxophone lesson we’ve featured, Eric shows you an exercise to help with playing whole tone scales.
