About the educator
Darol Anger
An influential fiddler and founder of groundbreaking contemporary string ensembles, he cofounded the Turtle Island String Quartet and was a member of the David Grisman Quintet. Featured on NPR's "Car Talk" theme and many film soundtracks, he's a global performer, composer, and educator.
