This school has been growing by leaps and bounds, and I want to express how immensely grateful I am to have the honor of being your teacher here! For the past few years, I've implemented a "VE Schedule" to help everyone plan their VE submissions so that they get their VE responses from me as quickly as possible. I think everyone has really enjoyed not having to wait indefinitely for my personalized lessons, and watching everyone's amazing progress has been nothing short of inspiring, both to me and to the entire piano loving community here!
Hello ArtistWorks Family! Here are the VE submission deadline dates for March/April 2021:
Sunday March 14
Sunday March 28
Sunday April 11
Sunday April 18
Please try to have your VE submissions posted ON or BEFORE the above dates - posting afterwards runs the risk of you missing your VE response! Thanks so much for your help with this!

Welcome to the Cunningham Piano Online Piano Orchestra Project. This is an idea we’ve been thinking about for quite some time. Pianists, of course, have the world’s greatest solo literature. We have no end of things that we can play by ourselves. When we do collaborate, it’s usually with one other person to play duets. We can have two people playing on piano or two people playing on two pianos. It’s actually quite common. Beyond that, it’s pretty rare to have more than two, three, four people playing at the same time. The only other exceptions would be when we play with other instrumentalists, when we play with string players, orchestra players, choirs and the like. But I wanted to try to do what we did with our online chorus and orchestra project about a month ago, mainly having a piece where everybody could participate, people of all different levels from absolute beginners too advanced.
I know I'm supposed to be recording Video Exchange Response videos today, but I've been sidetracked with an amazing project that I wanted to share with all of you. In the midst of these challenging times, I wanted to find a way to help musicians still connect and make beautiful music together as a "virtual ensemble". 111 singers and musicians from 9 countries, including China, participated in performing together Mozart's Ave Verum Corpus K. 618. Here is the final video of that virtual performance:
